STNDOUTS (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates stndouts.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site to order a Moment Card, why we collect it, how it's stored, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are

What we collect
- Order details you provide: a name (yours or the recipient's, if the card is a gift), the achievement or event and date it relates to, and any additional notes you leave us.
- The photo or video you upload for your Moment Card.
- Contact details if you use our contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), and your message.
- Payment and shipping details, which are collected and processed directly by Shopify, our checkout provider — we never see or store your card details ourselves.
How we use it
- To make your card: your uploaded photo/video and order details are used to produce your physical card and to build your exclusive personal page.
- To fulfil and ship your order, via Shopify.
- To respond if you contact us.
We don't use your data for marketing emails unless you separately opt in, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
Where it's stored
Order details are stored with Supabase, our database provider. Uploaded photos and videos are stored with Vercel, our hosting and storage provider. Both are third-party infrastructure providers we use to run the site — neither uses your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your order details and uploaded media so your card's personal page keeps working, and so we can help if something needs fixing later. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us at hello@stndouts.com and we'll remove it.
Your card's personal page
Each card links to an exclusive personal page (stndouts.com/c/ [your reference]) that plays back your photo or video. This page isn't listed publicly or indexed by search engines, but anyone with the direct link — for example, by tapping the physical card — can view it. Please don't share the link anywhere you wouldn't want the content seen.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed into password-protected areas of the site, such as our internal order dashboard. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@stndouts.com and we'll action this as quickly as we can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
