TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to any purchase made through stndouts.com, operated by [STNDOUTS legal entity name — add before publishing]. By placing an order, you agree to them.
The product
Each Moment Card is made to order: a personalised physical card containing an embedded NFC chip, linked to an exclusive page that plays back a photo or video you provide.
Your content
You confirm that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, any photo or video you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. By uploading it, you give us permission to use it solely to produce your card and its personal page. We won't use your content for any other purpose, such as marketing, without asking you first.
Accuracy of details
You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide — names, dates, achievements. We produce cards based on what's submitted, so if something's wrong, contact us as soon as possible before your card is made.
Orders & payment
Orders are processed and paid for through Shopify. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Production & delivery
Cards are handmade to order once your details and media are submitted — current turnaround time is shown at checkout. We'll get in touch using the contact details you provide if there's an issue with your order.
Returns & cancellations
Because every card is personalised and made specifically for you, we're unable to accept cancellations or returns once production has started, except where a card arrives faulty or damaged. In that case, contact hello@stndouts.com and we'll put it right.
Liability
We aren't liable for delays or issues caused by third-party services we rely on — for example Shopify, Vercel, or couriers — that are outside our reasonable control.
